Dragon Force 2

Dragon Force 2 is very conservative with its mechanics, there are no major changes when compared to its predecessor.

I was placed in the same continent with different shape, new story and 8 new rulers, that while awesome, they seem to have a change in graphic design that I don't like much, I prefer the old one :(.

The gameplay remains the same, conquering castles, army fights, same general vs general combats. There's a change troops wise, now the general can choose to battle with 2 different troops, like soldiers and archers, which allows some new combinated formations, so it's a very nice addition.

The story seemed cheaper, I remember the original having more and better detailed scenes and events, specially between factions. Also the game felt easier, probably because I'm already used to its formula and know most of the tricks.

However I have no major complaints,  it's still a very good and addictive game. Any Dragon Force fan will enjoy it.

Did I like it? Yes but not as much as the original.
